Pre-Order Refunds

Customers who place a pre-order for the Orange Z1 may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider and can take several business days to appear.

After 60 Days

After 60 days, pre-order funds are allocated toward manufacturing, component sourcing, and supply chain commitments.

For this reason, refund requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be eligible for cancellation.

Customers who do not cancel within the 60-day window will receive their device according to the estimated production and delivery timeline provided at checkout.
